Regarding 4G; Tobin estimated late mar/early April.
After that window passed George said June.
I emailed him during June and he said July/Aug
And a conference call in July..... Right.
The patern in missteps, timelines, estimations,
Has been very consistent for not months,
But years.
Why in the world would anyone think this is
Going to turn on a dime??? Repeat after me 3
Times...
"Pipe dream"
