Why the state of Nevada will not grant TRTC/Medifarm a license for cultivation.

I think when the state of Nevada looks into the past of Peterson and Nahass - they will see they aren't qualified to operate a business associated with marijuana.

Nahass has filed for bankruptcy and screwed his creditors - mostly casinos - there is no way Nevada grants TRTC/Medifarm a cultivation license with the financial issues of Peterson and Nahass.

Peterson lived off of credit cards and then didn't fulfill his financial obligation to pay for what he had borrowed and took the easy way and filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.

Then there is the securities violation by Amy. From the 8-K filed by TRTC:

On April 16, 2014, Terra Tech Corp. (the “Company”) and Amy Almsteier (the “Almsteier”), an officer and director of the Company, entered into a Settlement Agreement and Release whereby Almsteier agreed to pay the Company $67,100 as a settlement for, and a release of, a Company claim of $67,090 against Almsteier for a violation of Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934

There are way too many issues with the TRTC gang for Nevada to overlook.

We already know they were shut out for a dispensary in Clark County.

Then the commissioners gave blanket approval to 101 applicants and will let the state decide who gets a license.
