Reason why they wanted .03 because it is above the 50 day moving avg price resistance @ .013 they are setting higher price targets so to speak; That 10 Million purchase around .03 will fan the flames and create a Buying frenzy to push her higher near the 200 Day Moving avg. Which I believe is .286 - .30 $$$$
