If the geologist and CFO are still listed as workers/ board of board of directors then I think there is something big coming. They wouldn't want to in my opinion soil thier names with if the company was "empty" and nothing is happening or was going to happen. The accomplishments on their resumes is a big deal and I don't think they would want to ruin that.
