they had to refile in another state because they have done a merger there before. The reason this is a big deal is because they mimicked the process they used before in colorado. Which obviously didn't work. So since they can't cant get it done in CO they have to go to DE. Remember how long this took in CO? it will take another 1-3 months to file it there and then send it off to FINRA again. I'll be back around that time. Believe what you want but I tirelessly defended this stock day in and day out only to be let down.
