I personally have met both co-owners and I like them a lot. I had spoke to them on the phone since 2010 and first met them at the Hangover Joe's party for Vendors and the media in 2012 at the NACS show. I have had more dealings with Shawn than Mike and he is very charismatic to say the least the guy can sell and has a great marketing brain he comes out of an advertising background and internet background. Mike was a lawyer and they both are guys that have a vision for this company, they were not public guys and in the beginning the company that took them public was not looking out for their best interest but Mike being the attorney was able to cut those guys off and then they found Veal who is a vet of the public space and micro cap companies if you remember the press release they took back control of daily operations and that when we saw this thing start to turn around. They got rid of the so called experts who never created this company or brands or had the vision. I feel good with them selling and marketing and Veal running the back end of the house. I can tell you from my conversations with John in the company he told me they are workaholics that both don't take salaries and that they work at this day and night and even weekends. They never sold a share of stock, these guys are not in here for their self interest and if you been in a booth and watched them with the team you will get that real fast.
