Ph- On another matter,you stated in your Valuation... dated 9/8/13,that Montreux "only has 2 million common shares"...I found
the unaudited nterim financial Statement of Montreux dated March 31,2014, in which it stated that Montreux "will acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of BSPI".Did a later agreement prevail?
