The best thing is for everyone to do their own dd so they can make up their own mind on whether to buy or sell. My friends and I have over 9% of the float locked up in gtc orders which is pretty obvious when u look at the accumulation and I'm sure others have a lot locked up too. Finra approval is definitely coming and it will be sooner than most expect. the delay is very minor u should call him. We know when it comes this is going into pennies.
