Thanks truthhurts, for posting this information. It looks like these charges where just filed on (July 18,2014). I will wait until we get some sort of ruling from the court, by some miracle the defendants may land on their feet and CYGX my rise from the ashes, highly unlikely, but it cost us nothing to wait and see.
