In performing various cost analysis for construction of the Mill it caught my attention the number of existing mills that are already established but apparently no longer operative and as such up for sale throughout Nevada.

Hence my question regarding the considerations (if any) that FLPC/Don and/or our new Dr. Geologist have given to investigating the possibilities of acquiring (leasing) an established/functioning milling facility that is up for sale?

Is it possible? What would be the costs of retooling an already existing Mill if an existing mill even required such? Clearly this should be an explored option when dealing with limited capital. After all they were able to strike an earned in deal on the Arabian property and Jimmy is more inclined to leasing w/ royalty option as opposed to full-on purchases when what they want is what's in the ground not the property itself.
