I don't want to blame you but it's is quite difficult for me to discover the deeper meaning of your question when you answered it a few rows later in the same post. This is a bit scary to me.
When you refer with that question to my post before then of course everyone needs to do their own DD first and don't trust in just one source/analysis/opinion.
I agree that HTM will stay in front of a kind like "red" zone area because of upcoming invests, less cash, increase in debt, overhead and so on ... and that's what it makes today to a looong one.
That's utility!
As you've been already noticed I can just say it in simple words - I'm ok with HTM.
