CWIR: "WHO'S ON FIRST"?. SHARE STRUCTURE...NO WONDER FINRA WON'T MAKE THE CALL...

Then HUDSON said it was really 2 BILLION (proof???) and going to 5 billion....BUT HE NEGLECTED TO MENTION THE EXTRA 'PREFERRED' SHARES' TAKING THIS TO 10 billion.

Now Pacific is acting like they know (again????) and as far as ANYONE knows FINRA hasn't made a decision on share count. If they have then WHY WON'T MANAGEMENT RELEASE IT AND SHOW THE DOCUMENT IN A FILE TO THE SEC????

In any case if that has been decided one way or another we could be seeing more dilution at any time...


For now I'm taking Hudson's word for it in the FILINGS...AND THAT IS 10 BILLION SHARES....5 BILLION COMMON & 5 BILLION PREFERRED. I sincerely hope this 'elephant' can raise with all all the weight.
