Wow another horrendous 10Q!! Yes they just bested guidance but cost of sales exceeded revenues!! To make matters worse General and admin costs added to the losses, of more than $4 million dollars!! SCARY!!

To cover up this horror story management hurriedly put out a corporate update full of pie in the sky initiatives that MAY come to fruition sometime in the future!!

The one explanation that was not forthcoming: why were insiders showered with shares for a horrendous Q?

P.S. The one positive is IF the NB plants acquisition does go through, TRTC's revenues will rise by an additional $9 million and NB's profits of about $2 million a year will help mitigate TRTC's losses next year!!
For the newbies: NB is owned by the Van de Verde family!!

We could expect a big ramp up in price next year!!
