Just new twists on old PRs for the "DD."

Here's the "Budgenius.com" type of lab and where it's located PR for the "DD" before this.

Here's the name change as "stated" in a 1/19/2012 PR for "DD" back then.

So Aaron was "working with counsel to file..blah blah blah" on 1/19/2012.Now we have a "board of directors action to approve a name change, just more blah blah blah. Although, Randy was able to get a name change pretty easily without the fanfar of multiple PRs for the "DD."

Then here's another name change PR for the "DD" on 1/25/2012.

Upon verified completion of these updates, the company will focus on filing with FINRA for its name and symbol change.

Then here's his 1st real lab and the location PR on 3/8/2012 staing that BudGenius.com is nothing but a website "portal" with a "research laboratory" but the address given turned out to be a "suite" po box. Lot's of "research" going on there.
