Well I tried again and sent an e-mail this morning which stated the following,

As excited as I am to be a shareholder of your company, I am somewhat disappointed at the lack of PR updates as was promised back in early June. It's an exciting time to be a shareholder as you are trying to launch your product, but its been 2 months now since you released a PR stating 1) you were starting a Production run, 2) you were talking to a "big-box" retailer, and 3) you promised more regular PR's to keep us investors informed on developments. The market is taking the lack of news as a sign that things are not progressing as planned, I just hope that things come to fruition as stated back in June.ot

And this time they did reply with the following comment,

I'm sure you can appreciate that real news cannot be manufactured. It seems as though every time we do come out with news, it is never good enough for shareholders if the stock does not go up. We have elected to put out news when it is relevent and material to the company. Rest assured, the company is very aware of the importance of keeping both potential and actual shareholders informed and promise to release any pertinent news as it happens.

As far as the availability of the product, we expect to have the product brought to market within the next 6-8 weeks. This is just an estimate and may run a little sooner or later.
