AW will use bottomless financing to buy failing companies on the way down but offer no leadership to turn them around. Just use the rev numbers for PR. PV used the same type (now over) financing to buy start-up companies with fresh ideas and offer management and synergy of services bring up the revs and profit to build a small conglomerate focused on improvements.
