Yes, this 10Q provides no information. That is probably best for Duncan so he doesn't get an SEC suspension for false and misleading information. Jeff is doing what he does best nothing and taking investors money for his own personal gain and profit. Still liens and other issues that have not gone away either, although since he is the sole board member, I guess he can say and do and profit however he wants until....
