Development stage companies in competitive areas need to pay an admissions fee.
You don't get into the movies for free, do you?
So when they increase stores from 500 to 1000, the admissions fees are going to add up faster than the revenue growth.
These admissions fees are one-time only fees, so these 500 stores will generate a profit this quarter.

They are competing with companies that are 100% owned by Nevadans.
You think they would get anywhere near a license if they didn't have significant local ownership?
I am just happy they have 50% and 60% ownership and not 10% or 20%.
