All management should step down immediately after posting this report. Management has failed miserably this year and no longer do I believe.1) No explanation for the withdrawal of the S-3(investors should not have to call I.R. for an explanation as it was material and should have been explained,2) Amy decides to "trade" the stock and gets dinged for an SEC violation. 3)expenses are totally out of control with COG (cost of goods)larger than the sales without including SGA with absolutely no explanation 4)Shares have doubled and we still have a note for $4 Mil owed on the Balance sheet. Here is where I am real confused How did Dominican get 53 Mil shares for debt of $6 Mil if the conversion is for .34? Simple math $52 Mil x .34 is almost $16 Mil. 5) Why are you paying $13000 a month for 5 acres if you put up the friggen building and spent $5 Mil? This comes out to $30,000 an acre per year to rent. 6) With a larger loss than last Q who on God's earth believes management deserved these shares and to think the rent theses same directors and staff collect monthly(personally I dont give a rats butt if they worked 24 hours a day. 7) Then you have the audacity to give 50% of medifarm to (2) unnamed investors who will collect half of the profits...wonder what they are doing for the 50% or is it D.P. and some other cronies. MJN@ pulled the same crap at Photosphere and screwed the shareholders. 8) One of the directors filed bankruptcy along with D.P. Just maybe they are not the people needed to lead this company as obviously no PR's explaining these things but PR's to give away shareholder value(bonuses), S-1's diluting shares beyond oblivion. Am I pissed you bet I am as I've stood up for this management day after day only to get kicked in the scrotum once again. D.P. should step down immediately and get someone who understand how to grow a company without giving it away. Simply pathetic and turning into an unmitigated disaster!! A friggen director making more than some CEO's of small companies what a joke.
