I don't believe we'll have to wait 30 days, I believe the wording indicates has to 'have been' 1c for 30days for QB

And for QX it "would need to be" above 10c

So basically, I believe we just need to get the audits to the SEC, approved along with a few other requirements to get to QB in days, not 30 days

Granted I'd rather wait 30 days above 10c. But stepping stones
