Barry Alvarez was head coach of the Wisconsin Badgers from 1990-2012 and is the current athletic director for University of Wisconsin, I think he knows a little bit about college football.

But will these people vote unbiasedly? Human factor comes into play, that for sure will muck things up, just ask our politicians!
