Got a tongue lashing from Jim this morning for phone calls I never made . . .

Jim,
I’m not looking for anything more than what is public information and I’ve never made any phone calls to the Port. I have asked for a copy of the agenda via email which is also public information and that is the limit of my request. I work for a public agency and agendas and minutes to public meetings are routinely given out to the public. You may have me confused with others who are calling and asking questions, but I respectively disagree that I have done anything inappropriate or inconsistent with the due diligence any shareholder of any company would do to protect their investment.

Subject: calls to port

Philip I received a phone call from Port of Natchitoches this morning asking if you are an engineer looking to work for us and if they should reveal any info to you. I advised them only to give you info that has been made public.
People like you stop the Company from revealing were we are heading or who we are talking to. You can jeopardize possible deals with your idiotic phone calls asking if we are indeed working on something with them. It does not reflect well on the Company, so I am requesting you refrain from making these calls and stop phoning if you do not like my request I suggest you sell your shares and go away. It is the Company policy that we release relative information as required under the British Columbia Security Commission regulations and only when something is completed.
