CHP, I rarely read what you post.

You mean you rarely reply to my posts...

I am of the opinion the p/s will improve over time

so am I, and it has -- only to be cratered down. And it will rise again and again, and will crater again and again until all the dilutive overhang flushes thru. You can't fight math. Like I've stated repeatedly, Bob "BS" Schneiderman has effectively created a quasi-preferred class of stock with all the 0.00 and 0.05 shares that he has doled out to known criminals like JOSPEH ZAMPETTI and his gang of fellow con artists. And every time the trough is filled (i.e. the sp rises), these filthy hogs will gorge themselves first and effectively empty the trough, leaving only crumbs behind for everyone else. This pattern has repeated itself and will continue to repeat itself until enough of the overhang has flushed out. Not too difficult to understand. But difficult for those who are holding the .05 PIPE shares to acknowledge and want to publicly talk about.

and my family and I can afford to wait while adding more shares at these bargain basement prices.

"Bargain basement"? Are we already bringing out the "Get your cheapies here! Get 'em before they're all gone!" lines so soon? There is only one category of market participant who ever uses such vernacular.

However, I did see you posted:

Here is a detailed schedule of PIPE shares:

4.8M unlocked in JUL
5.2M have/will unlock in AUG
6.8M will unlock in SEP
2.8M will unlock between OCT 1 and NOV 20

Please provide everyone here a link and an explanation where you accessed such detailed information.

Pssst... ...here's a hint: IT IS IN SCRC's OWN SEC FILINGS. But I would not be surprised to see that those holding the .05 PIPE shares don't feel a need to perform this type of DD since they have their own gameplan that does not rely on company fundamentals.
