#1 Spillan - stole 4.49 million from him in various securities which included some nsol stock. It cost him 500k but spillian and his wife are in jail for 13 years. the wife got a little less. Be careful ride, posting misleading information on public message boards is an inditeable offense. He is listening to everyone who calls and he has the legal resources to do what he has to. Enough on that one.

#2 Romano - He wanted to buy the company. Robert's question to you is if he and everyone else he knows would not vote yes for a buyout, how do you purpose that the company be sold if the majority of the shareholders within 10 individuals say no.
Robert would like you to answer that one on the message board.
Let me repeat. What magic wand do you have that would allow the minority of the shareholders to push a buyout through thereby over-riding the majority. Your answer would be well appreciated.
