News is great for these reasons:
1) Removes any doubt about needing additional financing for the balance of the year;
2) Company needs funds to fill ORDERS (meaning they really have orders to fill for those in doubt); and
3) Officers have confidence that the stock will be of value in the future as no one would agree to be paid in worthless paper.
