Not a red flag at all as these were planned to sell one a half year ago. Everything is normal.
The people may have even bought homes and boats early knowing the restricted shares would be sold. All they want is their well deserved money. That is not the point, that happens everyday with healthy stocks. The point is how the MM decided to dump the shares and Mallen hit it on the head!
