If I was GNCP before I drop news about what is actually happening. I'd do a rs then drop news. It makes more sense to do that first. You can't put a timing on when a possible rs will come for this company their making filings left and right with nothing about index future's. I would say if they do manage to trade on index futures a 1% chance of success rate and make a filing about successfully being enlisted I would expect a rs that week.
