I believe investors are jockeying around for position and doing everything they can to get an entry price as low as humanly possible. They know the eruption is coming just like when a volcano explodes. And they are trying to time it. They don't want to enter too early or enter too late. So thus we see the PPS in a range from around .01 to .012.

One thing is for certain, there will be an eruption and the PPS will skyrocket. Fasten your safety belts.
