I'm fairly certain that's not the case!
I'm under the belief it's an attempt to artificially increase volume/demand by a "manipulator" if you catch my drift.
Whatever the truth may be it really doesn't matter. My guess is the current management isn't concerned about pumping up this stock like folks have done in the past. It's my guess they're looking to do this organically through demonstrating actual revenue through mining. Not selling paper.

Maybe I'm waaaaaaaay off and I'm just hoping this company is "now" the real deal under Bill Farley.
