Mr. Trautman,
I appreciate the note.
However, one could (and does) speculate that the only reason fins are ridiculously late is because something is amuck or one maybe trying to hide something? Either way, buying time seems like a logical thing to do.
Maybe I'm wrong? The boys over the pond seem very optimistic and upbeat, and yet somehow I don't share in their enthusiasm.
