In March Richard Goulding became a medical advisor to UTRM. Interesting conflict of interest here knowing that his brother Randall Goulding is also the lawyer for UTRM.
Randall Goulding is a previously convicted attorney for fraud and his lawyer partner Carl Duncan has been suspended for fraud by FINRA/S.E.C.
I guess the management of UTRM doesn't care nor do the posters here that have invested in UTRM.
You would think they would know better!
I also notice there are two money lenders here to UTRM with initials D.G. and E.G. Could they be David Goulding and Richard E. Goulding?
