Been told by Admin why it didn't show on Ihub, and will pass the info back to the Company. More then CAPC being affected.

.Any time you have only a few following a stock it is subject to manipulation



I believe it was manipulated down today, and a stock with thin Bids and thin Asks is a perfect target for a sell off and then buy. When I look at the times of the sells and then the buys, it looked like pure manipulation by a seller. It's legal and nothing can be done about it.
