I would speculate that they were in such a hurry to beat others to market with the Zazzz machines that they did not attend to such important issues such as acquiring patent protection from the one person whose patents you might be infringing upon...and, there were the usual bugs in the machinery that were not worked out...and then there were probably some governmental regulations that needed to be adhered to, as well, etc.

And, could the newness of the MJ Industry, and the lack of experience of the CEO, and management team, in an industry that is evolving so rapidly that the governmental regulations are changing daily, played a vital role in slow downs, etc.?

And, could MM Manipulation, shorters, and message board talking heads, also contributed to instability with OTC stocks?

Just kind of giving my take to your question...off the top of my head...
