Yeah Wishful, on how soon that R/S will happen after shareholders meeting, as well as the Investment Banks lined up for us.

I'm betting the R/S and uplist to happen before the end of the fiscal year (Sept. 30th.

I've lost bets publicly here before.

Marcuum LLC is going to make a mint on us, and not be charging normal auditing fees. That's how these guys roll. Here's a link to one of their many many Pages.

These guys are glad handing, back slapping deal makers. And these deals have been going on for months now (IMHO). Rubber going to meet the road soon.

ALL IMHO. However, had I held off till now to buy, I'd be buying a happy man. Got some serious concerns about this stall on the PPS we're in though.
