Based on what??? You do realize that the overwhelming majority of TUTs, in particular almost all of the largest funds, are specifically prohibited by their charters from even thinking about investing in companies who not only trade under $5 but also do not trade on a senior exchange. SCRC fails on both counts. The only "TUTs" that would touch SCRC are the trading-centric entities such as HF's, some PE firms, and the like -- not exactly the type of investors that bring the stability that retail investors look for from TUTs...
