I'm thinking of buying more here, probably warrants. I have limited funds though. As a beginning investor, I worked hard to get the position I did (small to most of you) and I'm down quite a bit. I guess buying here would certainly lower my price per share which would help later if I needed to get out somewhere between where I bought and where it is now (does that make any sense, am I looking at this the right way?) Still, I'm a little gun shy with this right now and would rather put my money elsewhere...just so tempting at this price.

Might also help if there's a buyout. I'd think owning shares at this price would be (somewhat) rewarded if the Co. was sold, but that's totally a guess.

what to do...

I do feel that selling any shares now seems ridiculous. Unless you've traded your way to free shares and really feel that there's nothing here worth waiting for. IMO, I can't help but feel that there is something worth hanging in there for. In addition to GALT's pre-clinical and cohort 1 results, there are a number of scholarly articles on Google that point to this being a very promising treatment. The jokes I see on Yahoo forum (and AF's comment) about apple jelly are so misguided and childish. It makes me wonder if these people have ever even looked into the research. Not to mention all of the chest thumping and I-told-ya-so's going on. As if making a mint with ICPT isn't enough. There are some really slimy folks out there. I didn't realize how aggressively competitive investing in stock would be.

Still, It'd be nice to see some further indication that management has taken heed of the criticisms. I know the've issued statements, but something to help offset investors fears a little would seem prudent. Would it be out of bounds to suggest that they hire a consultant (someone with some noteriety) to help steer them through this process of releasing data without shooting themselves (and us) in the foot/feet? Maybe that'd be read the wrong way too? It seems like no matter what mgmt does at this point, someone is going to find fault.

Just rambling again.
