Aren't you a distributor for LVVV? Doesn't LVVV own 77% of APRU? :) It doesn't make any sense at all what you're doing. If you have lost confidence in LVVV and the way they make business decisions, maybe you should sell and move on :)

Personally I think the acquisition of APRU will bring LVVV to a new level.
