Bill, you seem to have alot of questions; I suggest you take them to Las Vegas and address them!!.I have the answers but, you don't what to hear the truth, which is, you're going to lose this case badly. The plaintiffs have the right to address,and to amend their complaint, as pointed out by the Judge;Oral hearing!!!.I have only told two people to go to Las Vegas,not all persons, as you once again, twist a sentence, to fill your agenda!!.Those two people are you and frackedup, the cheering section for the defendants;Ta-ra-ra Boom-de-ay!!.
No I won't be there!!. I don't need to be there, we're in very good,capable hands,not like the defendants, besides Thursday's court date shouldn't last very long!!.You seem to be there every other week,how convenient,and I await your answer!!. On the other hand, frackedup who lives there, so they say, doesn't seem to even talk about going, only addressing other peoples comments after the fact..Legal fees arn't the issue!!.The issue is to PROTECT TMMI's INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY this mess that has been a thorn in the shareholders side for some time and soon, you and everyone associated with the defendants are going to learn the hard way,go to trial, you lose and it won't be pretty.My suggestion, if you're really invested with the defendants and have contact with any of the other 29 plus investors, they need to take a long hard look at what is going to unfold.You have a patent that took over 7 years to get and a patent that has been active for over 18 months but, a patent that you can't even use!!.....Now, with what I just posted , one of two things will happen;Either you or one of your chums will throw a TOS at this post or you or one of your chums will react with another blah blah blah story of twisted narrative, account, anecdote or any other Noun you would like to use!!.
