Any news of progress could be beneficial for the PPS.
If we weren't diluting so frequently (daily/weekly), then the short-term PPS would not be very important, but we are.
The officers should report ANY incremental news on the mill whether it is that they picked the location, cleared the site, got a permit, procured an element, hired an operator/installer, or even if they picked a color.
