vela is triple zero penny stock, it may be not provided anything until sub penny. It seems to be done Manipulation. CMMOILE is doing well in his business with above HK90M revenue. It is at turnaround to increase Revenue and Profit with 4G in China Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. It is a bargain price! Upside Potential 50X 100X++ Who know??
