The cc was a joke . CEO sounded shaky and stumbled through several sections. If this is recorded why did it sound like it was his first time reading it ? Nope fellas what you got was the Texas 2 step. What we have here is regurgitations of the 10k and 10q while hiding behind the old penny stock tactic of the NDA cloak. It might prevent the bleeding in the short term but even if this device works this company is years away from turning a profit.
