Net flix is gonna have some problems with being sued themselves.

Take a look at this excerpt taken from the patent Neflix has:

Excerpt from Netflix patent:
"A "Max Turns" approach allows up to a specified number of item exchanges to occur during a specified period of time. The "Max Out" and "Max Turns" approaches may be used together or separately with a variety of subscription methodologies. "

Aren't they being sued for the whole non disclosure of "Max Turns" and here the philosphy is spelled out right in their patent. Would be nice if they told thier customers about the max turns part.
