Aug 12, 2014 (Newsfile Corp via COMTEX) -- Paw4mance® Pet Products International Inc. (OTCPINK: PAWP) (The Company) is pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of FEARLESS FILM LTD., (FEARLESS) whereby FEARLESS becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
The Company on August 12, ceased all operations of its subsidiary Paw4mance Pet Products (Toronto, Ontario, Canada), the subsidiary company is no longer part of the Company.

The Company's Business:

Fearless Entertainment is an independent full service production company founded by award-winning actor, producer Victor Altomare. Along with company favorite; award-winning writer, director Goran Kalezic, Fearless produces top quality entertainment with an edge. The service scope specializes in short film and feature film production in addition to script writing, copywriting, fulfillment and distribution.

Since its inception, Fearless Entertainment has been on the map as a top independent producer winning accolades at most major film festivals and is known to have a keen eye for emerging talent.

Award-winning Canadian producer, actor and screenwriter Victor Altomare and his film production company Fearless Entertainment are currently putting the finishing touches on an unconventional, dark comedy called The Great Chameleon. The intriguing film is directed by award winning Canadian Goran Kalezic and stars Stacy Keach, Robert Davi, Monique Zordan and Altomare himself.

The one thing that sets Altomare apart, other than his versatility, is his passion for his work and his exceptional people skills. Altomare has been a dedicated film producer for over 22 years, honored in Canada and critically acclaimed in the United States. His work has been featured on television, the big screen and has most recently been made available on DVDs and YouTube. Much of his work is also showcased on Fearless Entertainment's website, (www.fearlessent.com) an integrated film company Altomare established with his long-time friend and director Goran Kalezic. Born in 1967 and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Altomare always aspired to be an actor and studied at The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. He got his first big break when a Los Angeles screenwriter approached him at a local gym while he was practicing one of his favourite sports - kickboxing. The writer asked him to read a specific script and he did about a hundred different ways.
