This board has one tout on it, that says to "Just Trade It". lol

That fellow is not a TOUT. Anything but. But he did manage to kick the SP out of a RUT... and provide some shareholders the chance to get up to a nickel for their shares. He is a TRADER, plain and simple. NOT an investor LONG TERM.

Lots of those still on the internet.

But you are otherwise probably about right. CDEX does need to have a salable product if the SP is ever to rise to a semi-sustainable level. And become something other than SCAM.

Also a respectable set of managers. Loan Shark BK specialist does NOT inspire confidence and respect as a CEO.
