Hang the Honda genset off the back. If someone shoots it off, you're not going to be idling the main turbine to run the hotel loads.

Hi Bill,
I personaly like the 6cyl only it cost more to produce. We have a small 6cyl design for the millitary. I t is a small compact unit to fit in the Abrams, Bradley, and the Stryker. It is a small common 10kw generator to fit in a 12"x12"x17" space.

The story has always been that an engine will be in production in the next six months to a year.... for 8 years now.

Despite all the promises and shiny plastic mock-up engines, Cyclone has never publicly displayed a running engine. They've put out several press releases about meeting Army milestones, but never a description of what those milestones were. What was the final acceptance test?

If their genset had any potential as a commercially viable product, wouldn't they be marketing it?
