This is a new piece of information. Assuming it is true, it means that it took them several months from actually bringing in the AOT to getting everything ready for the testing to officially commence.



My understanding is that there were a whole myriad of tests on the AOT installation before the actual "oil" tests could occur. Lots of sub contractors involved with lots of scheduling etc. to get it all done.
