The important question is how did TMMI gain access to VDK2.0 when (1) Simpson wasn't supposed to have any copies of it (2) TMMI didn't pay for it (3) They were using it way before TMMI did the DFI miracle (buying a whole company from only two shareholders who didn't own a majority of DFI shares in the first place).
