Normally, a company has to violate the Securities Act to be suspended. Have you provided evidence of specific violations to the SEC? Can you share the details with this board? If you can post evidence, I would consider increasing the size of my short position.
Note that the Securities Act is all about disclosure. A company can exist primarily for the purpose of enriching insiders at the expense of shareholders without violating the Securities Act, and therefore with little risk of suspension!
