I assume Mr. Esposito is the astute businessman he appears to be.
I also assume he got involved with Medizone because he sees a buck to be made with ASure.
Then he looks around at the characters running the company and what does he see... a close, secretive group with no marketing expertise and virtually nothing to contribute toward commercializing this product, rather they are nothing but a hinderance.
Is he going to invest his time in an attempt to market ASure himself, being undercapitalized and handicapped by those he has to work with, or is he going to try and sell out with no attempt at direct marketing?
I'm sure it's the latter.
I am also sure his only role is to try and cut the best deal he can manage.
However, it all hinges on EPA approval.
If Medizone manages to get approved, great, hopefully everybody makes a buck... not a big buck but something nevertheless.
If not, hey he has a lot of other options, all he lost is some time and effort.
Remember, Marshall and the gang are in their assisted living stage of life. I'm sure they would like to enjoy a few good years before they move on to the nursing home.
