Apologies; somehow missed seeing your 'Q'... Looks like 'Shanett' handled that for you, tho.

There is an 'official' date to the chill (as initiated by the DTC) - and 'differing dates' of which the chill took effect; with different Brokers.

I'm pretty sure it hit E*Trade 1st, as I was actively working w/ a Sr. Trader there on $LVGI trades - when the memo was sent intra-office! As a matter of fact: HE asked ME if I knew what was going on!!! LOL...

Although, 'Canada' seems to still be moving-the-paper, somehow.
Go figure.
